Presentations and electronic submission9/18/2008
All authors are requested to make use of electronic presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint PPT or in Adobe PDF format. The presentation hardware will be Windows-based, so Macintosh users should ensure that their presentations will project correctly under Windows especially if you have symbols or equations in your presentation. The presentations must be in English and should be provided on CD-ROM or USB flash memory so that it can be transferred to a central server on site. Other media may be used only by prior arrangement.
It is mandatory that the data media are delivered to the Computer Room on the Seminar Level in Seminar Room 3&4 at least 2 hours before the start of your session. Please note that use of your own laptops/notebooks is not permitted.

The complete technical program of NSS, MIC and RTSD is available from the "Online Program" link. You can also download the program booklet as a PDF file from that link. The program booklet is being printed and will be mailed to the entire NSS/MIC/RTSD mailing list.

Special focus workshop programs will be posted as they become available.
Poster Presentation8/5/2008
The space for your poster will be A0 (841 mm wide x 1189 mm high) in portrait size.
Materials to attach your poster will be available in the Poster room, Hall 4 & 5. You will find the exact time to hang up and tear down your Poster in the Program. Please put up and remove your poster during the specified times to be fair to your other colleagues. We cannot be responsible for any Poster not removed on time. Unclaimed posters will be discarded.
Conference Registration Open6/30/2008
Conference Registration is now open. Please follow the "Hotel Reservation & Conference Registration" link on the left. The registration website will remain open through the end of the conference, but the early registration rate will only be valid through Oct. 5, German timezone. There will be no paper registration form this year.
Trainee Grants application deadline extended to June 135/8/2008
The Conference has allocated funds to support up to 200 students and post-docs in the form of the Trainee Grants. The application deadline has been extended to June 13. Please complete and submit the application form if you are interested.

Abstract submission is now open3/3/2008
Abstract submission to NSS, MIC, RTSD and the 10 Special Focus Workshops is now open. Abstract submission to the workshop in Jülich will be done on the workshop website when it is available. The workshop in Hamburg will only have invited speakers, so there is no abstract submission.
