Hotel Reservation Dresden is a very popular and attractive city for visitors from around the world and therefore the committee suggests that you make your hotel reservation as early as possible. No advance fee is required for the reservation. The rooms will be held until the end of September, after that time rooms will be only on a “space available” basis at the conference rate. The special convention rate in hotel’s is extended two days prior to, and two days following, the conference on a space available basis. If you are interested in sharing a hotel room with a double bed with other conference attendees, visit the room-sharing page. It is still possible to make hotel reservations only. Use the Registration Link and press “proceed” (four times) until you reach the Hotel Reservation site. There is no need to register for the conference now, but highly recommended to reserve a hotel room. Please, do not forget to get the early Conference Registration rate you must register for the conference by 5 October, 2008. We are showing here the rates which will change automatically in our Registration system. On the Registration Website you find the actual day price, German timezone. This year is the first time where we leave the Registration open until the Conference end. Everything has to be done Online, even during the conference week when you want to book something extra like Companion Tours or Luncheons you have to do via the Website. No paper anymore. Workshops
People can only book Workshops when registered. Minimum One day ticket! Daily Lunch We offer you a daily dish for 9€ in the Restaurant of the International Conference Center. You can book those Lunches not later than one day before and pick up a ticket at the Registration desk.
