Course fees are valid for registrations received by Oct. 12.
Early Registration Deadline Registration and payment must be received by 5PM EST, Friday October 12, 2007 in order to qualify for the lower registration fees listed above. After this date, you will be charged the on-site rate.
You are not officially registered until we receive your completed registration form and payment. If your payment is not received by the October 12 deadline, your registration will be cancelled. In order to process refunds, cancellations must be received in writing by October 19, 2007 (less $25 cancellation fee). No refunds will be issued thereafter.
Registration and Payment 1. Online Registration. You can make credit card payment online. 2. Fax your completed registration form and payment (credit card only) to +1-410-559-0160, attention IEEE 2007 NSS/MIC. 3. Mail your completed registration form and payment to:
IEEE accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks and money orders should be made payable to IEEE 2007 NSS/MIC. Payment must be drawn on or paid through a US bank and must be in US dollars. Please do not send cash. An acknowledgment will be sent upon receipt of your
